Estimated delivery is typically 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Metro and major cities usually receive orders faster than remote or rural areas.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Payment Method
 You pay the delivery agent in cash (or the digital payment option they offer) at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details to your registered phone number or email. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable so the delivery agent can contact you.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Haie is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mindyart.store before your order is dispatched.
